Job Summary

To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, focusing on project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead diligence efforts by building and managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across teams
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
