Job Summary

To support a growing corporate strategy, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working remotely and coordinating with teams based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks early
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with CRMs and data room management
