Job Summary

The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working remotely and reporting to the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
  • Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
