Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks, lead due diligence, perform financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence
- Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks as needed
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related transaction roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-directed with a strong ownership mindset and problem anticipation skills
