Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by managing functional diligence checklists and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation, including developing and maintaining deal models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
