Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks, lead due diligence, perform financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring alignment and tracking from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRMs and document management systems
