Job Summary

As a full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A), the candidate will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, while working remotely and reporting to the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks as necessary
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related transaction roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot), data rooms, and document management systems
