Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
- Lead due diligence efforts, including managing checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems, such as HubSpot
