Job Summary
To support a growing corporate strategy, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, overseeing project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, while working remotely and reporting to the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts, managing checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring timely documentation and closing coordination
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Execution-oriented mindset with strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
