Job Summary

Owning the execution of M&A deals from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working remotely with occasional in-person requirements in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live M&A deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in CRMs and document management systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
