Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional in-person requirements, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks early
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proactive and accountable with an ownership mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments
