Job Summary
Seeking a driven Corporate Development Associate (M&A) to work full-time in a hybrid environment, responsible for managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, leading due diligence efforts, and conducting financial analysis to support transaction documentation and integration planning.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks as needed
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, capable of interfacing with executives and external advisors
