Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, while working remotely and reporting to the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related transaction roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, capable of interfacing with executives and external advisors
