Job Summary

Working remotely while reporting to corporate headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks as necessary
  • Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and create investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and experience with data rooms and document management
  • Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot is a plus
