Job Summary
The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, while working remotely and reporting to the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with comfort in using CRMs and data rooms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
