Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Manage due diligence processes, building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks as necessary
• Conduct financial analysis to support valuation and deal economics, developing and maintaining deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills, with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
