Job Summary
Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and coordination of transaction documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot), data rooms, and document management systems
