Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional in-person requirements, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and coordination of transaction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks as necessary
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with a strong focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
