Job Summary

Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional diligence, managing checklists, and escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and develop investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related transaction roles
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and document management systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments with a proactive and self-directed approach
  • Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
