Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional in-person meetings, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and document management
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
