Job Summary

Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will own M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks as necessary
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and document management tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
