Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a proactive and ownership mindset
