Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional in-person collaboration, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Proven analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
