Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation, working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks as needed
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuations, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with CRMs, data rooms, and document management
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
