Job Summary

Working remotely while reporting to headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and coordination of transaction documentation and integration planning.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks
  • Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Proven analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
  • Execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
