Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and perform financial analysis while working remotely and collaborating with teams across various functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operators, and external advisors
