Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
