Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional in-person requirements, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks early
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with CRMs and data room management
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
