Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, and perform financial analysis while working remotely and coordinating with teams in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple moving pieces effectively
