Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely while reporting to the Corporate Headquarters, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Analytical skills with a strong focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
