Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, while working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
