Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, while working remotely and reporting to the Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts by building and managing checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various teams
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with CRMs and document management tools
• Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
