Job Summary
Working remotely and in-person, the full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and managing confirmatory diligence checklists to synthesize findings and escalate risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
- Proven project management abilities with a focus on execution in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
