Job Summary
To support a growing team in the construction industry, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working remotely and coordinating with the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
Key Responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, purchase price mechanics, and develop deal models
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
- Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
- Proven project management abilities and an execution-oriented mindset
