Job Summary

Supporting the evaluation and execution of acquisitions and strategic investments, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will conduct financial analyses, perform due diligence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate acquisition and investment opportunities through financial and operational analysis
  • Build financial models to support investment recommendations and conduct market research
  • Prepare executive presentations and coordinate due diligence efforts across various teams
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and investment recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
