Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Supporting M&A and growth activities globally, the full-time remote Corporate Development Associate will lead due diligence on transactions, build financial models, and manage a venture investment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due diligence across live transactions and draft consolidated diligence reports
• Build financial models, including DCF and returns analyses, and produce first-pass screening memos for inbound opportunities
• Prepare executive deal materials and maintain the deal-terms inventory for the venture investment portfolio

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, management consultancy, or startups
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellence in understanding business models within financial institutions
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
