Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Corporate Development Associate, the successful candidate will support M&A and strategic investment activities, manage post-merger integration, and develop strategic business cases for new opportunities within the blockchain technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end M&A and strategic investment activities, including target evaluation and deal structuring
• Own post-merger integration planning and execution, ensuring alignment with deal objectives
• Develop strategic business cases through market analysis and competitive assessments

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate development
• Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraising process from start to close
• Genuine fluency in crypto, with relevant work experience preferred
• Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills
• Bachelor's degree
