Corporate Development Associate
Job Summary
To support a growing early childhood education platform, the remote Corporate Development Associate will manage financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution for a high volume of acquisitions, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Development.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Execute transactions covering de novo, single-site, and multi-site acquisitions
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Development on strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Experience with transaction execution processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
