Corporate Development Associate Director

Job Summary

As a Corporate Development Associate Director, the full-time remote position will evaluate, structure, and execute global transactions, including acquisitions and partnerships, while collaborating with Ford's Executive Leadership Team and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and execution of strategic investments and partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy
• Oversee due diligence efforts and the development of financial models and valuation analyses for transactions
• Enhance corporate development operations and maintain key advisor relationships to generate strategic insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory Services, strategic management consulting, or Corporate Development activities
• 5-7+ years of exceptional financial analytical skills
• Experience in a multi-national corporate setting preferred
• Master's in Business Administration degree preferred
