Corporate Development Deal Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Lead, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and manage the execution and integration of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to conduct diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, corporate development, or a similar role with M&A transaction experience
• Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
• High financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
• Deep curiosity about technology and software, particularly in relation to SaaS and AI
