Job Summary
Leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will manage mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships while collaborating closely with senior executives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and oversee the execution and integration of transactions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform due diligence and financial modeling for transactions
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with a focus on M&A transactions
- Strong understanding of business models, valuation methodologies, and M&A modeling
- Proven financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Deep curiosity about technology and the SaaS industry, particularly regarding AI trends
