Job Summary
Leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will manage key aspects of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and drive the execution and integration of strategic transactions
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to conduct diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and industry trends
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with M&A transaction exposure
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- High financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
- Deep curiosity about technology and software, particularly in the context of SaaS and AI
- A growth mindset aligned with diversity, inclusion, and belonging principles
