Job Summary

Leading strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will source, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisitions, while collaborating with senior executives to drive the company's inorganic growth strategy in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and manage the execution and integration of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct due diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling across cross-functional projects and deal teams
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and industry trends, while building relationships with industry players and investors
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, corporate development, or a similar role with experience in M&A transactions
  • Strong understanding of business models, valuation methodologies, and M&A modeling
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
  • Deep curiosity about technology, software, and the future of SaaS, particularly regarding AI's impact
