Job Summary
Leading strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will manage sourcing, evaluating, and executing mergers and acquisitions, while collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and drive the execution and integration of mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct diligence, review transaction documents, and own financial modeling while collaborating across deal teams
- Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development, with a focus on live M&A transactions
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- High financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
- Deep curiosity about technology and software, particularly regarding the future of SaaS and AI
