Job Summary
Leading strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will source, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisitions, while collaborating with senior executives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and manage the execution and integration of mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform due diligence and financial modeling for transactions
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with M&A transaction exposure
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- High financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Deep curiosity about technology, software, and the future of SaaS
