Job Summary
Leading the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will manage the end-to-end process of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and drive execution and integration of strategic transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence, review transaction documents, and manage financial modeling
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, corporate development, or a similar role with live M&A transaction experience
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- High financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
- Deep curiosity about technology, software, and the future of SaaS, particularly regarding AI's impact
