Job Summary
Leading strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will source, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisitions, while collaborating with senior executives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and drive the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct due diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and industry trends
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with a focus on live M&A transactions
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- Proven financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Deep curiosity about technology and the SaaS industry, particularly regarding AI's impact
