Job Summary
Leading strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will source, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and manage the execution and integration of strategic transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with M&A transaction exposure
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- Proven financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
- Deep curiosity about technology and SaaS, with a focus on emerging trends
