Job Summary
Leading strategic transactions, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will source, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisitions, while collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and manage the execution and integration of strategic transactions
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to conduct due diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with M&A transaction exposure
- Strong understanding of business models, valuation methodologies, and M&A modeling
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
- Deep curiosity about technology and the SaaS industry, particularly regarding AI trends
