Job Summary

Driving strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will source, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and manage the execution and integration of deals
  • Conduct diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and emerging industry trends
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with live M&A transaction exposure
  • Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
  • Proficient in analyzing complex financial data and making strategic recommendations
  • Deep curiosity about technology and software, particularly in relation to SaaS and AI trends
  • A growth mindset aligned with diversity, inclusion, and belonging principles
