Job Summary
Driving strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Deal Lead will source, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of Corporate Development opportunities and manage the execution and integration of deals
- Conduct diligence, review transaction documents, and perform financial modeling in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify potential targets and emerging industry trends
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, finance, or corporate development with live M&A transaction exposure
- Strong understanding of business models and valuation methodologies, including M&A modeling
- Proficient in analyzing complex financial data and making strategic recommendations
- Deep curiosity about technology and software, particularly in relation to SaaS and AI trends
- A growth mindset aligned with diversity, inclusion, and belonging principles
